Delivery Costs and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order by the next business day.

The order will be sent via Sendle. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order.

Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the Sendle website.

Rates

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 across Australia and $20 for New Zealand.

International orders incur a shipping rate of $25 AUD.

Express shipping available for a flat rate of $12.50 and will be sent via Australia Post.

Biodegradable Satchels

Each order will be packed in a 100% biodegradable and compostable satchel.

Specifically, the satchels are made from corn starch, PLA (made from corn), and PBAT (Polybutyrate Adipate Terephthalate).

Just take the extra bits off and they will decay away, nourishing future generations of flora.

Within 90 days, in the usual course of home composting, your satchel is as good as dirt (rich nutrient-dense dirt).

These clever satchels have passed stringent certified home compostable requirements, which includes a worm toxicity test, so they’re even worm farm friendly.
